Art. 10 Planning

The IPI shall plan its op­er­a­tions and de­vel­op­ment by means of the fol­low­ing in­stru­ments:

a.
the mis­sion state­ment;
b.
a rolling four-year plan;
c.
the an­nu­al budget.
