Art. 65c

III. Ap­plic­able

law

 

1 Where the law ap­plic­able pur­su­ant to Chapter 3 con­tains no pro­vi­sions on re­gistered part­ner­ships, Swiss law is ap­plic­able; Art­icle 49 is re­served.

2 In ad­di­tion to the laws des­ig­nated by Art­icle 52 para­graph 2, the part­ners may choose the law of the State in which the part­ner­ship was re­gistered.
