3. Cul­tur­al prop­erty

 

The court at the dom­i­cile or at the seat of the de­fend­ant or the court at the place where the cul­tur­al prop­erty is loc­ated has jur­is­dic­tion to hear ac­tions for re­pat­ri­ation in the sense of Art­icle 9 of the Cul­tur­al Prop­erty Trans­fer Act of 20 June 200345.
