b. Right of ac­cess in con­nec­tion with data­bases

 

Ac­tions to en­force the right of ac­cess dir­ec­ted against the con­trol­ler of a data­base may be brought be­fore the courts men­tioned in Art­icle 129 or be­fore the Swiss courts at the place where the data­base is man­aged or used.
