Art. 17

V. Re­ser­va­tion of Swiss pub­lic policy

 

The ap­plic­a­tion of pro­vi­sions of for­eign law is ex­cluded if such ap­plic­a­tion leads to a res­ult that is in­com­pat­ible with Swiss pub­lic policy.
