2. Conservatory measures As from the filing of the application for recognition of the foreign bankruptcy decree, the court may, at the request of the applicant, order conservatory measures as provided for in Articles 162 to 165 and 170 DEBA143,144. 144Term in accordance with No I of the FA of 16 March 2018, in force since 1 Jan. 2019 (AS 2018 3263; BBl 2017 4125). This has been amended throughout the text. |
