IV. Trans­ition­al pro­vi­sion to the Amend­ment of 14 June 2024

 

Art­icle 45 para­graph 3 let­ter a also ap­plies to mar­riages sol­em­nised be­fore the Amend­ment of 14 June 2024 comes in­to force. Pro­ceed­ings un­der Art­icle 45a that are pending when the Amend­ment comes in­to force are not af­fected thereby.
