4. Con­ser­vat­ory meas­ures

 

If the de­ceased leaves as­sets in Switzer­land, and if there is no jur­is­dic­tion in ac­cord­ance with Art­icles 86–88, the Swiss au­thor­it­ies at the loc­a­tion shall take the meas­ures ne­ces­sary for their in­ter­im pro­tec­tion.
