Art. 55a Coordination with asylum proceedings 102

If the de­fend­ant has ap­plied for asylum un­der the Asylum Act of 26 June 1998103, the Fed­er­al Of­fice and the ap­pel­late au­thor­ity shall con­sult the files from the asylum pro­ceed­ings when de­cid­ing on ex­tra­di­tion.
