(Mutual Assistance Act, IMAC)

¹ The re­quest shall be sub­ject to pre­lim­in­ary ex­am­in­a­tion by the can­ton­al or fed­er­al au­thor­ity re­spons­ible for its ex­e­cu­tion.

² If the re­quest can­not be gran­ted, the ex­ecut­ing au­thor­ity shall re­turn it to the re­quest­ing au­thor­ity by the same chan­nel through which it was re­ceived.
