Art. 109 Dissolution

The part­ner­ship is dis­solved:

a.
by res­ol­u­tion of the own­ers;
b.
for the reas­ons set forth in this Act and in the part­ner­ship agree­ment;
c.
by or­der of FINMA in the cases spe­cified in Art­icle 133 et seq.
