Art. 111 Company name

1 The com­pany name must con­tain the des­ig­na­tion of its leg­al status or the ab­bre­vi­ation there­of (SI­CAF).

2 In all oth­er re­spects, the pro­vi­sions of the Code of Ob­lig­a­tions127 re­gard­ing the name of com­pan­ies lim­ited by shares ap­ply.
