Art­icles 37fand 37g of the Fed­er­al Act on Banks and Sav­ings Banks of 8 Novem­ber 1934180 ap­ply to re­cog­nising for­eign bank­ruptcy de­crees and in­solv­ency meas­ures, as well as for co­ordin­a­tion with for­eign in­solv­ency pro­ceed­ings.
