Art. 16 Change in circumstances

If there is a change in the cir­cum­stances un­der­ly­ing the au­thor­isa­tion or ap­prov­al, FINMA's au­thor­isa­tion or ap­prov­al must be sought pri­or to the con­tinu­ation of activ­ity.
