Art. 45 Relationship with the Financial Market Infrastructure Act 71

The pro­vi­sions on pub­lic takeover of­fers (Arts. 125 to 141 of the Fin­an­cial Mar­ket In­fra­struc­ture Act of 19 June 201572) do not ap­ply to SICAVs.
