¹ The li­cens­ing au­thor­ity shall with­draw a li­cence if:

a.

the pre­requis­ites for grant­ing it are not, or are no longer, met;

b.

the li­cence hold­er fails to com­ply with a rul­ing or ordered meas­ure des­pite hav­ing been re­minded to do so.

² The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall be re­spons­ible for de­cisions con­cern­ing the with­draw­al of a gen­er­al li­cence.

³ The de­cision of the Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall be sub­ject to ap­prov­al by the Fed­er­al As­sembly.

⁴ The with­draw­al of the gen­er­al li­cence also en­tails the with­draw­al of the con­struc­tion li­cence and of the op­er­at­ing li­cence.

⁵ The pro­vi­sions of the APA³⁵ ap­ply to the with­draw­al of a gen­er­al li­cence.
