¹ In ac­cord­ance with An­nex 5, the li­cence hold­er must sub­mit re­ports to EN­SI for the pur­pose of as­sess­ing the status and op­er­a­tion of the in­stall­a­tion.⁴⁵

² EN­SI shall reg­u­late the type, con­tent, present­a­tion and num­ber of re­quired re­ports in guidelines.⁴⁶
