Art. 30 Exemption from mandatory authorisation 33

Cat­egory A clin­ic­al tri­als are ex­emp­ted from the re­quire­ment for au­thor­isa­tion from the Agency as spe­cified in Art­icle 54 para­graph 1 TPA.
