Art. 52 Exemption from mandatory approval

Cat­egory A clin­ic­al tri­als are ex­emp­ted from the re­quire­ment for ap­prov­al from the FOPH spe­cified in Art­icle 36 para­graph 1 of the Trans­plant­a­tion Act.
