Art. 7b Information in cases of prenatal risk assessment 35

When a pren­at­al risk as­sess­ment is con­duc­ted (Art. 3 let. h HGTA36) the preg­nant wo­man must ad­di­tion­ally be in­formed about the mat­ters spe­cified in Art­icle 23 HGTA.
