Art. 16b Applicability

1 A trad­ing li­cence may be lim­ited in dur­a­tion and sub­ject to con­di­tions and re­quire­ments.

2 If ex­cep­tion­al cir­cum­stances so re­quire, a trad­ing li­cence may be sus­pen­ded or re­voked.
