Art. 11 Requirements

1 The im­port­er must im­port the war ma­ter­i­el for which an im­port cer­ti­fic­ate has been is­sued with­in six months of the is­sue of the im­port cer­ti­fic­ate. This peri­od may be ex­ten­ded in re­sponse to a jus­ti­fied writ­ten re­quest.

2 He must prove to SECO that the im­port has taken place by provid­ing the ori­gin­al cus­toms doc­u­ments and the rel­ev­ant in­voices from the sup­pli­er. Proof must be provided without delay fol­low­ing re­ceipt of the ori­gin­al cus­toms doc­u­ments.37
