Art. 42a

1 The pro­vi­sions on the pla­cing on the mar­ket of com­bus­tion in­stall­a­tions are sub­ject to the fol­low­ing time lim­its:

a.
in­stall­a­tions un­der Art­icle 20 para­graph 1 let­ters a–g: un­til 25 Septem­ber 2018;
b.
in­stall­a­tions un­der Art­icle 20 para­graph 1 let­ter h: un­til 31 Decem­ber 2019.

2 The pro­vi­sions on the com­mis­sion­ing of com­bus­tion in­stall­a­tions un­der Art­icle 20d are sub­ject to a time lim­it of 31 Decem­ber 2021.
