The pro­vi­sions con­cern­ing the pre­vent­ive lim­it­ing of emis­sions from new sta­tion­ary in­stall­a­tions (Art­icles 3, 4 and 6) also ap­ply to ex­ist­ing sta­tion­ary in­stall­a­tions.
