Art. 2 Definitions

In this Act:

a.
the na­tion­al eco­nom­ic sup­ply means sup­ply­ing the coun­try with es­sen­tial goods and ser­vices;
b.
severe short­agesis a sup­ply situ­ation in which there is an ex­treme risk of im­me­di­ate, ma­jor dam­age to the eco­nomy or con­sid­er­able dis­rup­tion to the na­tion­al eco­nom­ic sup­ply;
c.3

d.
pla­cing on the mar­ket isthe re­lease, free of charge or in re­turn for pay­ment, of com­puls­ory stocks.
