Art. 157 Subsidies 196

1 The Con­fed­er­a­tion may del­eg­ate mon­it­or­ing pro­ced­ures to private or­gan­isa­tions.

2 The private or­gan­isa­tions shall re­ceive re­mu­ner­a­tion for car­ry­ing out such man­dates.
