Art. 119 Pilot and demonstration projects 186

The Con­fed­er­a­tion may provide fin­an­cial as­sist­ance for:

a.
pi­lot pro­jects that test sci­entif­ic find­ings from re­search for prac­tic­al use;
b.
demon­stra­tion pro­jects that com­mu­nic­ate new tech­no­lo­gies, meth­ods, pro­cesses and ser­vices to prac­ti­tion­ers and the pub­lic.
