Art. 121 Stud farm 188

1 The Con­fed­er­a­tion shall op­er­ate a na­tion­al stud farm as a com­pet­ence centre for horse-breed­ing and -keep­ing. The FO­AG shall be re­spons­ible for the stud farm.

2 The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall de­term­ine the stud farm’s re­spons­ib­il­it­ies.
