Art. 168 Opposition procedure

1 In its im­ple­ment­a­tion le­gis­la­tion, the Fed­er­al Coun­cil may in­clude an op­pos­i­tion pro­ced­ure against de­cisions of the court of first in­stance.

2 Per­sons who fail to file op­pos­i­tion shall be ex­cluded from fur­ther pro­ceed­ings.250
