¹ The cus­toms au­thor­it­ies provide Swiss­med­ic with in­form­a­tion on the im­port, ex­port and trans­it of devices.

² Swiss­med­ic may man­date the cus­toms au­thor­it­ies to de­tain devices for fur­ther in­spec­tion and to ob­tain samples.

³It may provide the cus­toms au­thor­it­ies with in­form­a­tion about on­go­ing or con­cluded ad­min­is­trat­ive or crim­in­al pro­ceed­ings and sanc­tions in con­nec­tion with mar­ket sur­veil­lance.¹³³
