Art. 66 Suspension of proceedings

1The court may sus­pend crim­in­al pro­ceed­ings if the per­son un­der in­vest­ig­a­tion in­sti­tutes civil pro­ceed­ings for the nullity of the trade mark re­gis­tra­tion.

2If the per­son un­der in­vest­ig­a­tion pleads the nullity of the trade mark re­gis­tra­tion in crim­in­al pro­ceed­ings, the court may set an ap­pro­pri­ate time lim­it for him to as­sert such nullity in civil pro­ceed­ings.

3The lim­it­a­tion peri­od for pro­sec­u­tion is sus­pen­ded dur­ing the stay of pro­ceed­ings.
