² The de­cision about the costs of col­lect­ing and safe­keep­ing spe­ci­mens or samples un­der Art­icle 72e is made by the court in con­nec­tion with the as­sess­ment of claims for dam­ages in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 72f para­graph 1.
