Art. 17 Tax substitution

Sat­is­fac­tion of the tax li­ab­il­ity of for­eign trad­ing com­pan­ies and for­eign part­ner­ships without leg­al per­son­al­ity is also the re­spons­ib­il­ity of their part­ners.
