Art. 16 Group members

(Art. 13 VAT Act)

1Un­in­cor­por­ated en­tit­ies without leg­al ca­pa­city are equi­val­ent to leg­al en­tit­ies for the pur­pose of Art­icle 13 VAT Act.

2In­sur­ance agents may be mem­bers of a group.
