Art. 23i

1 The can­tons shall sup­port re­gion­al ef­forts to es­tab­lish and op­er­ate parks of na­tion­al im­port­ance.

2 They shall en­sure that the res­id­ents in the com­munes con­cerned can play their part in a suit­able man­ner.
