Art. 23j

1 The Con­fed­er­a­tion shall award a park la­bel to the park au­thor­ity on the re­com­mend­a­tion of the can­tons provided:

a.
the long term ex­ist­ence of the park is guar­an­teed through ap­pro­pri­ate meas­ures;
b.
the re­quire­ments of Art­icles 23f, 23g or 23h and of Art­icles 23e, 23i para­graph 2 and 23l let­ters a and b are ful­filled.

2 The au­thor­ity for a park with the park la­bel shall on ap­plic­a­tion award a product la­bel to the per­sons and busi­nesses that man­u­fac­ture products or provide ser­vices in the park in a sus­tain­able man­ner in or­der to des­ig­nate these products or ser­vices.

3 The park la­bel and product la­bel are awar­ded for a lim­ited peri­od.
