Art. 23m

1 The ex­ist­ing Na­tion­al Park in Can­ton Graubünden is gov­erned by the Na­tion­al Park Act of 19 Decem­ber 198076.

2 The Con­fed­er­a­tion may award the «Swiss Na­tion­al Park Found­a­tion» a park la­bel be­fore any ex­pan­sion through the ad­di­tion of a buf­fer zone in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 23f para­graph 3 let­ter b.

3 Any ex­pan­sion by means of a buf­fer zone shall be pro­moted in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 23k.
