Art­icles 23n and 23o also ap­ply to tra­di­tion­al know­ledge of in­di­gen­ous and loc­al com­munit­ies as­so­ci­ated with ge­net­ic re­sources un­less such tra­di­tion­al know­ledge is already freely avail­able to the pub­lic.
