1 The Fed­er­al As­sembly shall ap­prove by simple fed­er­al de­cree tem­por­ary guar­an­tee cred­its50 to guar­an­tee the pro­vi­sion of sub­sidies.

2The fin­an­cing of the areas of cul­tur­al her­it­age pro­tec­tion and monu­ment pre­ser­va­tion is gov­erned by Art­icle 27 of the Cul­ture Pro­mo­tion Act of 11 Decem­ber 200951.52
