Art. 2370

The es­tab­lish­ment of an­im­als and plants of spe­cies, sub­spe­cies and breeds not nat­ive to the coun­try or site shall be sub­ject to ap­prov­al by the Fed­er­al Coun­cil. The fore­go­ing does not ap­ply to en­clos­ures, gar­dens and parks, or to ag­ri­cul­tur­al and forestry en­ter­prises.
