Art. 23g

1 A re­gion­al nature park is a large, partly pop­u­lated area, char­ac­ter­ised by the rich­ness of its nat­ur­al and cul­tur­al land­scape, whose build­ings and in­stall­a­tions blend har­mo­ni­ously with the land­scape and sites of loc­al char­ac­ter.

2 With­in a re­gion­al nat­ur­al park:

a.
the qual­ity of nature and the land­scape shall be main­tained and en­hanced;
b.
sus­tain­able busi­ness activ­it­ies shall be en­cour­aged and the mar­ket­ing of the res­ult­ant goods and ser­vices pro­moted.
