(NCHA)¹

The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall is­sue reg­u­la­tions on:

a.

the re­quire­ments for the award of the park la­bel and the product la­bel to parks of na­tion­al im­port­ance, and in par­tic­u­lar on the size of the park, the per­mit­ted uses, the pro­tec­tion meas­ures and the guar­an­tee of the long-term ex­ist­ence of the park;

b.

the award and ex­ploit­a­tion of the park la­bel and the product la­bel;

c.

the con­clu­sion of pro­gramme agree­ments and the veri­fic­a­tion of the ef­fect­ive­ness of the glob­al fin­an­cial as­sist­ance from the Con­fed­er­a­tion;

d.

sup­port for sci­entif­ic re­search on parks of na­tion­al im­port­ance.
