1 The Con­fed­er­a­tion su­per­vises the im­ple­ment­a­tion of this Act.

2 It co­ordin­ates the im­ple­ment­ing meas­ures car­ried out by the can­tons and the rel­ev­ant fed­er­al au­thor­it­ies.
