(Victim Support Act, VSA)

¹ Vic­tims and their re­l­at­ives are en­titled to sat­is­fac­tion if the sever­ity of the harm jus­ti­fies it; Art­icles 47 and 49 of the Code of Ob­lig­a­tions¹⁷ ap­ply mu­tatis mutandis.

² The right to sat­is­fac­tion is not trans­miss­ible un­der the law of suc­ces­sion.
