2. Re­quire­ments

 

1The en­dorse­ment must be un­con­di­tion­al. Con­di­tions at­tached to the en­dorse­ment are deemed un­writ­ten.

2A par­tial en­dorse­ment is void.

3An en­dorse­ment to the bear­er is deemed a blank en­dorse­ment.
