Art. 931

V. Swiss Of­fi­cial Gaz­ette of Com­merce

 

1The entries in the com­mer­cial re­gister are pub­lished in full without delay in the Swiss Of­fi­cial Gaz­ette of Com­merce, un­less an act or or­din­ance pre­scribes the pub­lic­a­tion of only part or an ex­cerpt there­of.

2Sim­il­arly, all pub­lic an­nounce­ments pre­scribed by law are made by pub­lic­a­tion in the Swiss Of­fi­cial Gaz­ette of Com­merce.

2bisThe Fed­er­al Coun­cil may also make the data pub­lished in the Swiss Of­fi­cial Gaz­ette of Com­merce avail­able to the pub­lic in oth­er ways.1

3The Fed­er­al Coun­cil en­acts the pro­vi­sions gov­ern­ing the es­tab­lish­ment of the Swiss Of­fi­cial Gaz­ette of Com­merce.
