B. Entries

I. Ap­plic­a­tion

 

1In the case of leg­al en­tit­ies, the su­preme ex­ec­ut­ive or man­age­ment body must ap­ply for entry in the com­mer­cial re­gister, sub­ject to the pro­vi­sions of spe­cial le­gis­la­tion on pub­lic cor­por­a­tions and in­sti­tu­tions.

2The ap­plic­a­tion must be signed by two mem­bers of the su­preme ex­ec­ut­ive or man­age­ment body or by one mem­ber who is au­thor­ised to sign alone. The ap­plic­a­tion must be signed at the com­mer­cial re­gistry or must be filed with leg­al­ised sig­na­tures.
