Art. 933

III. Ef­fects1

 

1 Ig­nor­ance of an entry that has be­come ef­fect­ive in re­la­tion to third parties is no de­fence.

2Where the entry of a fact is pre­scribed but such fact was not entered in the re­gister, it may be re­lied on in re­la­tion to third parties only if it can be shown that they were aware of the said fact.
