Art. 934

IV. Entry in the com­mer­cial re­gister

1. Right and duty

 

1A per­son op­er­at­ing a trad­ing, man­u­fac­tur­ing or oth­er type of com­mer­cial busi­ness is ob­liged to have it entered in the com­mer­cial re­gister for the place in which its head of­fice is loc­ated.

2A per­son op­er­at­ing a busi­ness un­der a busi­ness name for which entry in the com­mer­cial re­gister is not com­puls­ory has the right to have its busi­ness name entered in the com­mer­cial re­gister for the place in which its head of­fice is loc­ated.
