IV. Entry in the commercial register 1. Right and duty 1A person operating a trading, manufacturing or other type of commercial business is obliged to have it entered in the commercial register for the place in which its head office is located. 2A person operating a business under a business name for which entry in the commercial register is not compulsory has the right to have its business name entered in the commercial register for the place in which its head office is located. 1 Amended by No I 3 of the FA of 16 Dec 2005 (Law on Limited Liability Companies and Amendments to the Law on Companies limited by Shares, Cooperatives, the Commercial Register and Business Names), in force since 1 Jan 2008 (AS 2007 4791; BBl 2002 3148, 2004 3969). |
