Art. 935

2. Branch of­fices

 

1Swiss branch of­fices of firms whose head of­fice is in Switzer­land must be entered in the re­gister for the place in which they are loc­ated once the entry for the head of­fice has been made.

2Swiss branch of­fices of firms whose head of­fice is abroad must be entered in the same man­ner as branch of­fices of Swiss firms, provid­ing the ap­plic­able for­eign law does not re­quire a dif­fer­ent ap­proach. A com­mer­cial agent res­id­ent in Switzer­land and with the right of com­mer­cial rep­res­ent­a­tion must be ap­poin­ted for such branch of­fices.
